• How soon can I expect my order to be delivered?
  In Allied Food, we offer Next Day Delivery* to ensure our customers getting their orders on time.
  
  * Next Day Delivery for orders before 3pm
  No delivery on Saturday, Sunday and PH
  Order After 3pm on Friday: Deliver on Tuesday

• Can I arrange for self-collection?
  Yes, self-collection is available at our warehouse.

• How much does the delivery cost?
  Our delivery fees are calculated based on order value and weight.
  
  We are pleased to offer complimentary shipping for orders that meet either of the following criteria:
  - A Minimum Order Value (MOV) of S$140 (excluding GST) applies to non flour items
  - Flour orders are subject to a minimum total weight of 75kg
  
  For orders that do not meet these requirements, a standard flat delivery rate of S$60 will apply.

Returns and Exchanges

• What is your return policy?
  Customers are requested to inspect all goods immediately upon receipt. Any discrepancies or incorrect items should be reported to our delivery personnel, sales representatives, or customer service team at the time of delivery.
  
  We stand fully behind the quality of our merchandise and assume responsibility for any faulty or damaged products. Eligible returns must be initiated within three (3) days of delivery.
