This is a sauce that we highly recommend for our charcoal grilled chicken. Simply stir-fry the charcoal or oven grilled chicken with the right amount of sauce. Add fresh green chillies and tteokbokki to the sauce for a spicy charcoal grilled chicken. Stir-fry for 3 to 4 minutes over medium or high heat to get a rich colour and consistency. Charcoal chicken sauce comes in two flavours: mild and spicy, and you can adjust the spiciness by mixing the two sauces. The sauce is designed to be used in an automatic stir-fryer for better colour and taste.
