CJ Beksul Fine Salt
This is a salt which the crystals are as clean and fine as winter snowflakes. Only 100% sea salt is used to produce, making it cleaner and more flavourful.This salt is made by dissolving raw salt (sea salt) in water to remove impurities and heating it to recrystallise it. It has a good solubility and can be used in a wide range of dishes, including soups and stews.
